Phone words – What technical difficulties are there when in use?

Currently Australia’s phone system will connect all 13 PLUMBER calls to the local plumber controlling that region.

You cannot over dial 13 PLUMBER or Misspell it.

No 13 PLUMBER calls will connect to a 1300 number if incorrectly dialed.

How long is the commitment?

Our plans are long term and we encourage our members to lease from 3 – 10 years to maximise returns on their investment. You will know from your research it is an expensive system to run. Some risk now will bring some differentiation into the market place. The plumbers who have asked this question are usually worried about their own business. This is a normal reaction to a new idea which will make your business more recognisable, some plumbers may not be comfortable with their new discovered fame.

Do you control all of your city or town?

YES. When you lease your 13 PLUMBER phone word you control the region and all the post codes in that region. We have deliberately chosen the older Telecom areas which are larger and do not require postcode sharing or postcode routing. The area you control may very well be bigger then you need!

Can I advertise my personal business?

At One Plumber we have listened to you and understand your client prefers to know your business at a personal level. The phone number is to be added to your already successful business ‘XYZ Plumbers’ Dial 13 PLUMBER.

Can I attach 13 PLUMBER to different phone numbers at different times?

YES, we have the ability to adjust the connection points and this does attract an extra service charge.

Are there any restrictions on the use of the 13 PLUMBER phone word?

Only as per terms & conditions, however the main restriction is the standard reselling or trademarking of the phone word under your business is prohibited.

Can your client over-spell the 13 number?

NO. In Australia when the client continues to spell 13 PLUMBERĀ  using all the phone pad letters it will still connect to you. Ie: 13 758623 etc. If you client forgets the ‘B’ in plumber you will still receive the call…it does happen!

Is the phone connection included in my charges?

NO. You do not pay for the phone connection. Currently One Plumber wears this cost. Your rights are for the phone word use itself.

Can I ask to be removed from the 13 PLUMBER mailing list if I decide after all the help I do not want 13 PLUMBER?

YES. I prefer if you do not procrastinate. Our best clients have closed the deal on the phone or within days. However the more research you do the more TRUST you will have with One Plumber. We have the best deal in Australia, but if you locate better and you want to work with One Plumber, we will beat it! A huge issue for our clients is our long term plans and TRUST!

Should I call One Plumber even if I want more information?

It is up to you. If you want to get started we can answer questions. Money today is better than money tomorrow so purchase OR ask what you like about 13 PLUMBER.

Can I ask questions about the 13 PLUMBER by phone or email?

YES. It is really SIMPLE. I find the questions people ask are on this page, however some transactions related to new ideas can give some plumbers anxiety…no worries. Successful partnerships may take time when developing worthwhile opportunities.

Who runs the service?

How do I secure the number for my plumbing business?

We do have some areas with plumbers unsure of when to commit. Once the location is taken it is gone for good. If you lease the 13 PLUMBER service you will have the 1st option to renew every time.
